IOSDE also assists in the creating of hybrid models of law and governance through both participatory methods and culturally-sensitive consultation. We put a highest value on the rights of victims and communities to own decision-making, justice, fairness, visibility and voice, as well as accountability therein of leaderships and stakeholders alike. IOSDE respects diversity as well as needs resulting from cross-cultural communication and maintains a commitment to ending all forms of forced alienation and genocide.
